Areas of Focus

Advancing the Energy Transition

Innovation in clean and low-carbon technologies, digitalization and the threat of climate change are driving a new energy ecosystem that will be at the center of our economic, environmental and national security in the 21st century. The energy industry’s transition away from an analogue, centralized and fossil fuels-based business model into a digitally connected, clean and affordable system is reshaping geopolitics, policy and regulatory frameworks, and business models for global corporations and small companies alike.

The transition to clean energy technologies, digital infrastructure and acting on climate will bring significant opportunities to companies that can navigate this change. AJG Strategies helps clients position themselves to seize the benefits of the energy transition with an in-depth understanding of new business models across the energy value chain and the policy issues at federal, state and international levels.

Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure

The digital revolution is transforming the critical infrastructure that underpins the core industries of the global economy - from energy, transportation, and telecommunications sectors, to services that supply water, stanatation and emergency care. Connected critical infrastructure will serve as the foundation of the digital economy -unlocking new possibilities to make these essential services more accessible, affordable and environmentally sustainable.  But the promise of this future will only be possible if it can be protected from the  increasing  of cyber attacks.

The critical infrastructure sector’s vulnerability to cyberattacks is one of the most significant technological and policy challenges facing all levels of government and private sector companies around the world - from global industrial giants to specialized organizations comprising critical international supply chains. With an in-depth understanding of today’s volatile technology, geopolitical and business environment, AJG Strategies helps clients position and prepare themselves to internally and externally address the increasing threat landscape of industrial cyberattacks on critical infrastructure.
